This tabletop learning system, with a lightweight and sturdy Aluminium profile modular flat demo panel rack, facilitates hands-on exploration of electrical machines. It includes 300W, 1500 rpm models of 3-phase AC slip ring and DC integrated machines in a knocked-down form, encouraging student assembly using basic tools. The motors are individually mounted on the chassis with anti-vibration mounts, allowing coupling. With visible stators and safe wiring using 4mm sturdy shrouded banana patch cords, this setup ensures a clear understanding of internal construction and electrical concepts. The package includes a Set of Instructor Guide & Student Workbook for comprehensive learning support.

Salient Features

Light weight, yet sturdy tabletop, Aluminium profile modular flat demo panel rack(4×2) system, carrying various high volt., components housed in plastic enclosure(panel) to minimize shock possibilities. No hidden parts.
Offers standard 300W, 1500 rpm working models of 3 phase AC slip ring m/c & DC integrated m/c along with Squirrel cage rotor & accessory in completely knocked down form, without fans and bearing end plates, which are replaced by Plummer blocks
Both the motors are individually mounted on the table top chassis with 4nos of anti vibration mounts & can be coupled together
Students can disassemble them and reassemble using accessories viz. screw driver, nut driver, spanners, shims, allene keys.
Stator supplied with end plates removed so that the internal construction is visible. Brush plate holder is used for holding the brushes in position.
Facilitates easy and safe wiring by students due to use of 4mm sturdy Shrouded banana patch cords and shrouded socket arrangements for high voltage circuits.
