Smart Energy Meter Trainer (Model : XPO-SEM)

This training system simulates prepaid smart meters using M2M/IoT for energy consumption tracking, similar to prepaid mobile plans. It equips users with knowledge of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). Data is gathered via RS485 and sent to SCADA using Wi-Fi, GSM, or PLCC. The setup includes four single or three-phase meters with remote disconnect capabilities. Cybersecurity aspects of smart grids are optionally covered. Additionally, the AMI software offers outage prediction and restoration functionalities. A PC with internet is required (not included). Sturdy components with clear labeling ensure safe wiring by students. Colorful, easy-to-understand connection guides further enhance the learning experience.

  • Easy and safe wiring by students due to 4mm sturdy Shrouded banana patch cords to handle AC high voltage circuits.
