Wind Energy Trainer (Model : XPO-WET)

This table-top wind tunnel is an advanced educational tool designed for in-depth exploration of wind energy concepts. Featuring transparent side and top covers with a protective cage, students can easily identify the components of a windmill. The system incorporates a 3-phase motor with axial fan blades serving as a blower to simulate variable wind conditions. A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) provides precise control over the motor/blower speed, allowing for a continuously variable wind speed setting. The curriculum supported by the system covers renewable energy basics, energy conservation, charge controllers, storage systems, and inverters.
